Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated fundraising strategy across major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundations, and individuals.
• Lead and mentor the fundraising and development team toward high performance.
• Cultivate major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Identify funding opportunities and craft compelling proposals and appeals.
• Oversee donor data management and timely reporting.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns and appeals.
• Represent the foundation to external stakeholders and media.
• Monitor performance against targets and report to leadership and board.
• Stay current with philanthropy trends and best practices.
