Qualifications

• Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants and/or major gifts.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cultivating donor relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and grant databases.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and government grants.
• Develop and write persuasive grant proposals, applications, and reports.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors and funders.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather information for grant proposals.
• Manage the grant submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Track grant application status and report on outcomes.
