Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Project Administrator on a fixed term contract to support the Personal and Private Banking - Channel Establishment project team. The role focuses on logistics, administration and reporting to ensure timely delivery and governance.

You will manage document control, archiving, status updates, and stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Matric and 1 year admin experience, plus 1–2 years project coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Matric/Grade 12 is required.
  • NQF Level 5 or higher in a project-related field would be an advantage.
  • Min 1 year general administration experience is a must.
  • 1-2 years project coordination or project administration experience would be an advantage.
  • Diploma or certificate in project management-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to transformation goals by participating in Nedbank culture initiatives.
  • Support CSR initiatives and training/awareness activities on digital forensics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure project data and updates are captured on the central database.
  • Procure office consumables and manage stakeholder communications per project plan.
  • Archive and file project artefacts according to governance standards.
  • Collect status updates from stakeholders and address ad hoc requests.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure documents meet agreed standards.
  • Stay informed on legislation and industry changes impacting the role.
