Placements24 is seeking an Impact Measurement Analyst for a fully remote international charity focused on sustainable development. You will design and implement measurement frameworks, analyze data, and report on social impact across programs.

The role requires a master’s in a quantitative field, at least 5 years in impact measurement or evaluation, and strong skills in R, SPSS, Stata and data visualization tools. Experience with Upington projects and remote collaboration will help you succeed.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a quantitative field is required.
Minimum of 5 years in impact measurement or data analysis within the nonprofit sector.
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, Stata) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with impact evaluation frameworks (Theory of Change, Logic Models) and SROI analysis.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present complex data clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment.
Demonstrated passion for social impact and sustainable development.
Experience with Upington or similar contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement impact measurement frameworks for programs.
Design data collection tools and surveys to ensure data accuracy.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess outcomes and impact.
Interpret data and generate reports, visualizations, and presentations for diverse audiences.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to inform program strategies.
Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement.
Collaborate with program teams to integrate measurement into design and implementation.
Ensure data privacy and ethics in the measurement process.
Contribute to development of compelling impact stories and communication materials.
