About the Role

Our client, a data-driven charitable organization committed to maximizing social impact, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Impact Measurement Analyst. This role is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise in data analysis and impact assessment to inform strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing systems to measure, evaluate, and report on the social impact of our client's programs. This position requires a strong quantitative background, a deep understanding of impact evaluation methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. As a remote analyst, you must be proficient in data analysis tools and comfortable working collaboratively in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with database management and data quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
