Qualifications

• Proven experience as an analyst in social impact or non-profit settings.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with impact evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement frameworks for measuring social impact and program outcomes.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources.
• Develop and maintain databases for tracking program activities and results.
• Produce comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations on findings.
