Job summary

JSB Sports Betting in Cape Town seeks a hands-on CRM Specialist to build data-driven player lifecycle campaigns across casino, crash, and sports verticals. You will own the CRM content calendar and craft high-converting copy for Email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messages.

You will optimize activation, retention, and lifetime value through real-time multi-channel execution, constant testing, and rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or direct marketing executing campaigns, automations and copy.
• 3+ years in iGaming, sports betting, or online casino sector.
• Hands-on with marketing engines: Optimove, FastTrack, Braze, SFMC, Axom.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email templates and testing.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, data reporting and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the daily/weekly CRM content calendar.
• Craft multichannel copy for Email, SMS, Push, and social channels.
• Audit, refresh and update templates to prevent fatigue and improve engagement.
• Coordinate real-time campaigns around sports events and promotions.
• Build dynamic segments and lifecycle journeys based on behaviour and data.
• Track KPIs and produce performance reports and dashboards.
