Job summary

HRLadderBox is seeking a CRM Team Lead for an iGaming operator in Cape Town. You will coordinate CRM campaigns across channels and lead a team of 5+ CRM professionals in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

You will drive campaign execution, performance insights and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product and Retention to meet business objectives. English fluency required with preference for additional languages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM Campaign Management.
• Experience leading a team.
• Mandatory iGaming industry experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM campaigns and customer engagement.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Plan, execute and monitor campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead and support a team of 5+ CRM professionals.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Retention and other key teams.
• Ensure CRM activities follow internal processes and industry requirements.
• Provide regular campaign reporting and performance insights.
