- Position Title: CRM Specialist (iGaming)

Role Purpose
The iGaming CRM Specialist is a hands-on, execution-driven role responsible for building, scheduling, and optimizing data-driven player lifecycle campaigns across the casino, crash, and sports verticals. You will own the CRM content calendar, craft high-converting copy across Email, SMS, push notification. This role focuses on driving player activation, maximizing retention, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value through precise, real-time multi-channel execution, continuous message refreshing, and rigorous A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution
- Calendar Ownership: Own, maintain, and execute the daily/weekly CRM content calendar, mapping out promotional drops, sports fixtures, and seasonal campaigns.
- Multichannel Copywriting: Craft engaging, conversion-driven copy tailored for Email campaigns, SMS, Push Notifications, and Social Media channels.
- Message Refreshing: Regularly audit, refresh, and update evergreen and automated messaging templates across all channels to prevent player fatigue, maintain high engagement, and keep content relevant.
- Timed Deployments: Coordinate and execute sports and live event campaigns in real-time, ensuring messaging hits players at the exact right moment using the right tools.
- Vertical Campaigns: Plan and execute tailored promotional calendars for Sportsbook (fixtures, major tournaments, boosted odds) and Casino/Crash (free spins, tournaments, cash drops, game launches).
- Platform Operations: Build, test, and deploy campaigns directly within multi-channel environments across Email, SMS, Push & On-site. (Hands-on experience with CRM tools is mandatory).
- Dynamic Segmentation: Utilize player behaviour, transactional data, and risk/gaming patterns to build, test, and manage complex behavioural micro-segments and personalized lifecycle journeys.
- Link Management: Manage, track, and shorten all campaign destination links, ensuring accurate attribution across all channels.
3. Optimization, A/B Testing, CTA Testing & Reporting
- A/B & CTA Testing: Continuously design and execute split tests on creative copy, email layouts, incentives (bonus structures, free bets, free spins), send times, communication channels, and Calls to Action (CTAs) to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics: Track core iGaming KPIs including Deposit Conversion Rate, GGR impact, Bonus Cost (Percentage of GGR), Opt-in Rates, and Churn Reduction.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports and data-driven dashboards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, SEO, VIP and Creative teams. Align CRM campaigns with lobby merchandising, calendars, and new game releases.
- Compliance & Responsible Gambling: Ensure all campaigns strictly comply with local regulatory frameworks and incorporate safer gambling messaging where required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM, Lifecycle, or Direct Marketing experience executing campaigns, building automations, and writing direct-response copy.
- Minimum 3 years of total experience working strictly within the iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casino sector.
- Tech Stack & Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard iGaming and marketing automation engines (e.g., Optimove, FastTrack, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Axom or equivalent other tools).
- Basic knowledge of HTML required for email template testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Strong skills with Excel, Google Sheets, data reporting, and data manipulation.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Highly proficient in data analysis, segmentation logic, CTA optimization, and campaign attribution metrics; strong understanding of iGaming economics (GGR, NGR, bonus abuse, wagering requirements, and ROI on promotional spend).
- Execution: A data-driven, commercial, and proactive "doer" who is comfortable managing a busy content calendar, refreshing messaging templates, writing snappy copy under pressure, and executing campaigns under tight sports deadlines.
