Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years employee benefits broker consulting experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with IFAs
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage demanding stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain the IFA network and grow business.
• Deliver solutions and excellent service to clients and IFAs.
• Manage onboarding and accreditation of brokers.
• Prepare and distribute communications on product updates and market trends.
• Attend industry events to network with potential clients.
