Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an IAM Sales Manager in Johannesburg to grow the Identity and Access Management business by building client relationships, delivering sales targets, and promoting IAM solutions across diverse industries. This role requires in‑depth IAM product knowledge and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise software sales with IAM or cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive IAM adoption.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and negotiation.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual IAM revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product/marketing to stay updated on IAM trends.
• Lead account review meetings and manage renewals and issues.
• Develop channel partnerships and provide enablement sessions.
• Provide thought leadership on IAM best practices.
