Job summary

PwC Careers Africa’s IAM practice in Johannesburg is expanding within the SATIC initiative. We seek an IAM Manager to design, implement, and operate access controls across AM, IGA, and PAM, while guiding client engagements and delivery teams.

You will drive governance, architecture, and secure digital identity transformation for diverse clients, including incident support and service improvements. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Advantageous).
• Minimum 6+ years IAM consulting, delivery or managed services.
• Strong architecture skills aligned with security policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate IAM controls aligned to client needs.
• Define IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance models for sustainable capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end IAM transformations including AM, IGA, PAM, and directory services.
• Coordinate with clients and delivery teams to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and service improvements post go-live.
