• This includes at least 3-5 years at a management level, overseeing teams or significant operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IAM branch operations and resources (people, process, systems) to profitability.
• Drive growth through recruitment, retention, and management of Diverse Financial Advisers; ensure FSCA and TCF compliance.
