Job summary

Standard Bank Group seeks a dynamic leader to manage IAM branch operations, people, processes and systems to achieve profitability and client focus. You will drive growth through recruitment, retention and the effective management of diverse Financial Advisers.

You will ensure alignment with company objectives, maintain strict FSCA compliance and TC F principles while directing teams across advisory networks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Sales & Distribution; strong regulatory compliance, risk management and client service (TCF).
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in insurance, financial services or asset management, incl. 3-5 years in management.
• Proven track record in sales, distribution management and adviser recruitment/retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM branch operations and resources to achieve sustainable profitability and a client-focused culture.
• Drive business growth through recruitment, retention and management of diverse Financial Advisers.
