Qualificações

• First degree in Business Commerce, Finance or Marketing.
• Licensure as FAIS Representative.
• 5-7 years in regulatory compliance, risk management and client service in financial services.
• 7-10 years in insurance/financial services with progressive management responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IAM branch operations and resources (people, process, systems).
• Drive business growth via recruitment and retention of Financial Advisers.
• Ensure alignment with company objectives and adviser execution, with strict regulatory compliance (FSCA, TCF).
