Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in industrial sanitation or cleaning supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
• Familiar with HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Good communication across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily sanitation activities of the team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sanitation procedures and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Train new sanitation staff on techniques, safety, and equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA and production to resolve sanitation issues and implement preventative measures.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and calibrated.
