Placements24 is seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant in Paarl to support daily warehouse activities, coordinate shipments, and manage logistics documentation in a hybrid on-site/remote setup. Qualifications

• Some experience in an administrative, logistics, or warehouse support role is beneficial.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment, with a hybrid work schedule.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track progress.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
