Phyton, a LevelUP HCS Company, in Cape Town is seeking a hands-on Talent Advisor – Technical to support our New York team. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office and requires alignment to US-EST hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles (DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineers, etc.).
• Experience using LinkedIn to identify and engage candidates.
• Building Boolean searches and refining them based on results.
• Uncovering passive candidates beyond inbound applications.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engagement: understand open roles and candidate fit; build pipelines; engage via calls and outreach.
• Candidate management: screen candidates, move opportunities forward, prepare for interviews and gather feedback.
• Offers and closing: manage offer discussions and close placements as skills develop.
• Administration: keep records organized and communicate progress and challenges to the team.
