Job summary

Phyton, a LevelUP HCS company, is hiring a Talent Advisor for temp staffing to support our New York team from Cape Town. You will drive sourcing, engagement, and closing of candidates across Finance & Accounting, Compliance, Technology, and Financial Services operations.

You’ll build candidate pipelines, screen for fit, prepare for interviews, and navigate offers. The role offers hybrid in-office work 2–3 days with strong earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruiting experience in temp/contract or permanent roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and Boolean search techniques.
• Ability to screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
• Comfort with a hybrid work setup and collaborating with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates in collaboration with the New York team.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future searches.
• Screen candidates for experience, goals, compensation, availability and fit.
• Own the candidate process from outreach to placement, guiding through interviews and offers.
• Keep candidate records organized and communicate progress to the team.
