Phyton, a LevelUP HCS company, is hiring a Talent Advisor for Financial Services to support our New York team in a hybrid Cape Town role. You will source, engage, screen, and move candidates through interviews and offers, with coaching to close placements independently.

We offer training and coaching, close collaboration with the NY team, exposure to the US market, and uncapped earning potential. Hybrid schedule requires 2-3 days in office and alignment with US-EST hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience finding and engaging talent.
• Experience in temporary/contract or permanent recruitment across Financial Services is a plus.
• Ability to source passive candidates and run proactive searches.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals; engage candidates and build pipelines.
• Candidate Management: Screen candidates, manage process end-to-end, coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Offers and Closing: Navigate offers, handle counteroffers, close placements independently as skills develop.
• Administration and Ownership: Keep records organized; own searches and adjust approach when needed.
