Phyton, a LevelUP HCS company, seeks a proactive Talent Advisor to recruit for Finance & Accounting roles, supporting our New York team. This hybrid Cape Town position involves sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates from outreach through offers, with coaching to close placements.

You’ll work across temporary/contract and permanent roles, aligning with US market needs. You'll collaborate with the New York team, build pipelines, and drive the candidate process while continually sharpening

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience in Finance & Accounting is preferred.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Experience guiding candidates through interviews and offers.

Responsabilités
