Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for product-related issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to prevent future issues.
