Placements24 is seeking a proactive Candidate Resourcer to join a Kimberley-based recruitment team. You will source candidates across job boards, social media, and internal databases, and screen applicants to match client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates from platforms including job boards, social media and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability and gather information.
• Build and maintain a candidate database for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and client needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during early recruitment stages.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide updates on pipeline activity.
