Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience specifically in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.
• Experience in conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Utilize sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networks, and agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Enhance employer branding and promote career opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to management.
