You will manage end-to-end recruitment, implement sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with managers to define roles and interview guides. The position emphasizes a positive candidate experience and compliant recruiting processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and social networks.
• Experience with ATS and knowledge of SA labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from posting to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews for cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and interview guides.
• Maintain ATS with up-to-date candidate information.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms as needed.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment-related legislation and internal policies.
• Assist with onboarding for new hires.
