Placements24 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support FMCG and Retail hiring in Vereeniging and the Gauteng region. The role focuses on attracting top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for regional clients.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen interviews, and build a healthy pipeline while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and clients. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Formación

• Minimum of 2-3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with FMCG or Retail focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment cycle for FMCG and Retail roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social channels, and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess fit for client needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
• Leverage recruitment technology and ATS systems effectively.
