Placements24 is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Manager in Paarl, Western Cape to lead a team of engineers and technicians across commercial, industrial and residential projects. You will provide technical oversight, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with clients and regulators to deliver high-quality structures.

The role blends office leadership with strategic input, emphasizing innovation, safety, and performance.

Formación

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is essential.
• Minimum 10 years in structural engineering with 3–5 years in leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Oversee design, analysis, drawings and specifications for diverse projects.
• Manage projects timelines, budgets and resources to ensure delivery.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, contractors and authorities.
• Develop QA/QC procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are met.
