Qualifications

• A qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or related field.
• Experience in providing social support, case management, or community liaison services.
• Good understanding of social welfare systems and available resources in the Northern Cape.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the social and practical needs of clients and provide appropriate support.
• Facilitate access to social grants, housing assistance, healthcare services, and other essential resources.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to individuals and families facing crisis situations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and community organizations.
