• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on skincare or cosmetics.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing skincare products.
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, formulation principles, and the beauty market landscape.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the skincare category.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
