Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.
• Proven expertise in formulating skincare, color cosmetics, haircare products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and development of new cosmetic and skincare products, from concept to launch.
• Conduct research on raw materials, ingredients, and cosmetic technologies.
• Develop stable, safe, efficacious formulations meeting market needs and brand objectives.
• Perform bench-scale formulation, pilot-scale trials, and scale-up for manufacturing.
• Conduct stability testing, compatibility studies, and efficacy assessments.
• Ensure formulations comply with international cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and consumer insights to drive innovation.
