You will shape brand identity, drive market growth, manage cross-functional teams and budgets, and collaborate with retailers, agencies, and influencers in the dynamic beauty sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in brand management in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce understanding in the beauty space.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase awareness and market share.
• Manage the brand's annual marketing plan, including budgeting and cross-channel campaigns.
