Placements24 is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites around Tembisa. This hybrid role combines on-site supervision with remote administrative support to keep projects progressing safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will lead site activities, manage labour, read blueprints, enforce safety, and report progress to the project management team. Travel to multiple sites may be required, with opportunities for overtime and career growth within Placements24.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor or similar in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure work proceeds per plans and schedules.
• Coordinate on-site labor, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Enforce safety protocols and building regulations on site.
• Inspect site to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
