You will lead on-site teams, enforce HSE regulations, read blueprints, and report progress. The role requires proactive problem-solving and strong communication to keep projects on track within Gauteng's industrial landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Site Supervisor or Foreman on industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and industrial projects.
• Excellent understanding of HSE regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in Gauteng industrial landscape preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople and site labor.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks.
• Monitor material delivery and equipment usage.
• Maintain daily site reports on progress and incidents.
