Placements24 is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites around Tembisa. This hybrid role combines on-site supervision with remote administrative support to keep projects progressing safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will lead site activities, manage labour, read blueprints, enforce safety, and report progress to the project management team. Travel to multiple sites may be required, with opportunities for overtime and career growth within Placements24.

About the Role

This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site supervision and remote administrative support, ensuring projects progress efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing labor, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, contributing to the successful delivery of building projects while maintaining effective communication between the site and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work proceeds according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage on-site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries efficiently.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building regulations on the construction site .
