The role requires 8+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in telecom OSS/BSS, with experience across MNOs, MVNOs, FTTH, FWA, satellite, and related environments. Hybrid work in South Africa is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of telecommunications OSS/BSS experience.
• Experience with Mobile Network Operators, MVNOs or related telecom environments.
• Java and C# proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support complex software systems and applications.
• Build scalable, resilient, high-performing telecom platforms using cloud-native tech.
• Develop reusable capabilities rather than vendor customization.
• Participate in architecture, design reviews and governance processes.
• Apply DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and infrastructure automation.
