Placements24 in Stellenbosch is seeking a highly motivated Senior Real Estate Agent to drive sales in the Western Cape market. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and property marketing to negotiation and closing, balancing client-facing duties with admin in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of proven sales success, an active FFC, strong negotiation and communication skills, and deep knowledge of Stellenbosch's residential and/or commercial property

Competenze

• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and registration with the relevant real estate professional body.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in Stellenbosch or Western Cape.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving high sales volumes and client satisfaction.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Stellenbosch residential and/or commercial property market.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate marketing platforms.
