You will manage high-end residential sales, cultivate relationships with affluent buyers and sellers, and apply market insights to close premium transactions.

This role demands on-site engagement and deep knowledge of Stellenbosch’s luxury market, with exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record with high-net-worth clientele.

Formación

• Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in real estate with luxury focus.
• Deep knowledge of Stellenbosch luxury market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.
• Proficient in property valuation and marketing strategies for luxury homes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
