Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• 6+ years of curriculum development and instructional design experience.
• Experience with LMS and authoring tools.
• Ability to design for online, blended, and in-person learning modalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive curricula for diverse educational programs.
• Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, multimedia content, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.
• Implement instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for curriculum development initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing curricula and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions for educators on new curriculum implementation.
• Stay updated with educational trends, technologies, and best practices in curriculum design.
• Ensure alignment of curricula with national and international educational standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior curriculum developers.
