The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have 6+ years in banking operations, with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a proven track record in risk controls and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in banking operations management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of operational risk management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day banking operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of banking professionals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, AML/CTF policies, and internal controls.
