Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Hybrid Sales Consultant to source and close new business for armed monitoring and response agreements, including upgrades to alarm and CCTV systems. The role requires presenting security solutions, managing pipelines, and building strong relationships with estate agents, builders, and clients.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, good communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with a track record in sales (capital goods preferred).
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS/DSC alarm systems is advantageous.
• Matric or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close self-sourced deals.
• Follow up on all leads received internally.
• Sell security solutions to new and existing clients.
• Create solid and long-standing relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, etc.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets.
• Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales.
