Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or finance.
• Seasoned experience with sales commissions/bonus plans.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and administer sales commission programs and models.
• Recommend industry best practices for bonus programs and compensation systems.
• Prepare and audit compensation reporting and quota templates.
• Enhance the sales bonus portal to meet business requirements.
• Analyze labour market trends and advise on compensation changes.
• Collect data and support the compensation planning process.
