Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of sales commission programs and models.
• Administers bonus programs and compensation procedures aligned to strategic plan.
• Prepares and files reports from the sales compensation system and databases.
• Implements enhancements to the sales bonus portal based on business needs.
• Monitors labour market data and recommends compensation changes.
• Conducts audits and ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
