NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking a seasoned Sales Commission and Compensation Specialist to design and manage commission programs that align with the annual sales plan and policy. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely, accurate payments under a sales bonus plan.

The role demands analytical insight, strong stakeholder management, and experience with automated commission systems. Hybrid work arrangement eligible, with a focus on compliance and data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or related field.
• Experience administering sales commissions / bonus / compensation plans.
• Experience with automated sales commissions systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to the development of sales commission programs and models for the sales organisation.
• Administer and recommend industry best practices regarding bonus programs, sales compensation plans, compensation systems and compensation procedures, policies and regulations that are aligned to the organisation's strategic plan.
• Performs administrative activities related to sales compensation reporting including but not limited to the accurate and timely preparation of sales quota templates, computation of sales bonus, upload of individual results in relevant portal, etc.
• Responsible for implementing enhancements to the sales bonus portal as aligned to business requirements.
• Studies labour markets to determine compensation trends and related benchmark data and advises management of any recommendations or changes for consideration.
• Responsible for compensation data collection and preparation and consider market data when completing the compensation planning process.
• Conduct audits and analyse compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Provides input into and assists with the implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies.
• Prepares and files reports which they import and export from the sales compensation system and relevant databases for processing.
