Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail operations analysis or similar analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• Experience analyzing large retail datasets and delivering improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and interpret large datasets from POS, inventory, and scheduling tools.
• Develop weekly/monthly dashboards highlighting KPIs like sales per m2, stockouts, and labor productivity.
• Identify trends and anomalies; advise store managers on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with merchandising to align product assortment with regional demand.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership with actionable plans.
