Placements24 in Randburg is seeking a driven Renewable Energy Sales Executive to join a hybrid team. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar and other renewable energy solutions, build strong client relationships, and tailor proposals that deliver measurable value.

You will travel to client sites, present technical and financial benefits, negotiate deals, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery while consistently meeting or exceeding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy or tech solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of solar PV and other renewables is a plus.
• Ability to travel for client meetings in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales leads within renewable energy for commercial/industrial clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand energy consumption and sustainability goals.
• Develop and present customized proposals with technical specs and financial benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams for post-sale delivery.
