Placements24 in Benoni is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of solar, wind and other green energy installations from inception to completion.

You will manage timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects, coordinating with engineering teams, contractors and regulators within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of renewable energy projects from site selection to commissioning.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules and budgets and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers and regulators to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental standards and contractual obligations.
