Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. seeks an experienced Account Management professional to own a diverse portfolio through a fully virtual engagement model, balancing revenue growth with customer retention and operational performance.

You will translate complex data into insights, drive strategic customer initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions. Strong CRM, Excel, and BI skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales Support or Customer Relations.
Experience engaging with management-level stakeholders.
Proven commercial acumen and customer focus.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and strong analytical, reporting and BI capabilities using Excel, Power Pivot and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain strong customer relationships across a portfolio, main contact for inquiries, issue resolution and satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business leads, increasing revenue through expansion and pricing optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Category Management) to design and execute plans supporting growth, cost efficiency and customer ease.
Conduct regular business reviews, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Monitor account performance through key metrics and customer feedback; implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Lead initiatives to reduce transport costs and improve supply chain efficiency for customers.
