Job summary

Exclusively Remote is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing proactive support and identifying opportunities to maximize service value.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and able to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to identify needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests and projects are completed.
• Maintain accurate client records, account notes and activity in CRM.
• Monitor account health and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals and additional services.
• Handle multiple client interactions with attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a client-first approach.
