Job summary

You'll collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to optimise revenue, retention and efficiency within a fully virtual, hybrid work model, using Salesforce and Power BI to inform decisions.

Experience in account management and analytics is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales Support or Customer Relations.
• Experience engaging with management-level stakeholders.
• Proven commercial acumen and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts in a fully virtual model.
• Balance revenue growth, customer retention, operational performance and risk while delivering exceptional service.
• Translate complex business data into actionable insights and influence decisions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and Customer Support to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead portfolio performance optimisation and reporting initiatives, including BI tooling and data integrity.
• Embed customer value creation and continuous improvement in everyday actions.
