• Proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the quality management system (QMS) aligned with ISO standards.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews to identify non-conformities and improvements.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to embed quality.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and control plans.
